Attorney Michael Quarequio brings over three decades of legal experience to Roth Harris & Associates LLC, with a distinguished career focused on real estate and commercial law. Practicing since 1988 and serving the South Florida community since 1990, Mr. Quarequio offers extensive expertise in both transactional matters and complex litigation, including foreclosures, landlord-tenant disputes, and business conflicts. As a title agent since 1993, he has facilitated countless real estate transactions for buyers, sellers, and lenders, issuing title insurance with precision and reliability.

A graduate of St. John’s University with a degree in Accounting and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law—where he served as Director of the First Year Moot Court Program—Mr. Quarequio is admitted to practice in Florida, New York, and multiple U.S. District Courts. His additional credentials include certification as a FINRA Arbitrator and leadership as a founding member and past President of the Broward Attorney’s Real Estate Council.
